Feb 26,2022I received excellent service from start to finish. Heather helped me with an auction purchase quickly and efficiently to meet the deadline and updated me regularly throughout the process. Having dealt with other conveyancing firms in the past - and been increasingly frustrated with the lack of communication and length of time taken to complete, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Exclusive Law for future purchases.

Feb 24,2022I initially instructed a different solicitor but had issue after issue which left me extremely stressed and disappointed . After a recommendation to use exclusive law I eventually instructed them and had the best service I could have wished for. From the moment I instructed them I was kept updated at every stage of my purchase and it was nice to have a friendly voice at the end of the phone. Heather and Samantha couldn’t do enough for me and gave me excellent support throughout the process which made me much more relaxed after an initially stressful period with my first solicitor I highly recommend them and will definitely be sharing their details with family members who are currently in the process of selling and purchasing a house You won’t be disappointed with exclusive law if you choose to instruct them

Feb 22,2022I had always been a bit wary of these types of companies, but having experienced my own personal issue, I genuinely couldn’t be happier. From start to finish, my claim was dealt with quickly and professionally. I was constantly kept updated and Tracy who dealt with me directly was such a pleasure. I was kept up to date with progress, I was contacted by phone when needed and can only give them the credit where it’s due. It immediately took away the stress of what I was dealing with. So in review, I can only thank everyone involved again as it was more than helpful to know someone was there to help on my behalf and to help me long term. I’m very impressed and very highly likely to recommend them in future. Thanks again!

My initial contact with Faria comes from a very poor handling from the police of a sexual abuse of a child. Faria was very kind and sensitive about this case. Very easy to talk with and she went above and beyond to help in understanding the delicate nature of this event. She is an amazing person. I understand that she is moving away from Exclusive Law and I am sure she will be very missed by her work associates.
