Nov 22,2024The whole loan process was too slow. It took a week to get to the finalisation stage. Also, I applied for a £1000 loan, I received an email saying that my loan for that amount had been accepted. However, when speaking on the phone to finalise the loan agreement I was told I had only been accepted for a £600 loan. Pretty disgusting that they charge a £38 processing fee.

Nov 22,2024The application process was fairly easy however I was told that I would receive a decision within 24hours.. and that was 3 days ago. I reached out after 48hours of hearing nothing to be told it would be ‘soon’. 24hrs later and I’ve still not heard anything.

The application process is very straightforward online, and the terms are made comprehensive with no loopholes or misleading jargon. They also offer grants to those who may be eligible for help financially, and in the case of loan payout, they ensure that credit rating agencies are informed throughout successful repayment processes. Nov 21,2024There's absolutely nothing fair about fair finance 👎 this company came up on my Google search whilst applying for various loans. I urgently needed a loan for a few hundred to finance my private dental treatment. The reviews stood out so I applied. The application seemed straightforward and within a couple of hours I was informed my application was being reviewed. I never expected it to be rejected as my monthly income wasn't that low. I also have a positive credit rating as ive never missed a payment or overdrawn in five years. The next day it was flat out rejected! For no good reason! This company just reject applications they aren't here to help people. I was told to apply again within a month which is an absolute joke. I had a loose infected wisdom tooth which needed an urgent extraction. I informed them of this and never heard from them again. Never again will I bother applying here 😡😡😡

Nov 21,2024Awful experience from start to finish. I had a loan with this company previously and it all went smoothly however this time it did not. I spent 3 days sending documents back and forth (had to send the same document twice two days in a row because the staff weren’t reading previous mail chains). They say 1 working day for a decision, I rang them on day 2 and got cut off by the first lady after being on hold for 20 minutes, I then rang back again and the man on the phone assured me I’m very likely to be accepted with being a returning customer who didn’t miss a payment etc and that I’d have my decision in the morning and not to worry. I then got an email the following morning after having to email them again (3 days after replying) with a refusal. Do not recommend whatsoever. Very disappointed being a returning customer too you’d think you’d be treated a little better.
