After waiting 20 minutes Staff member rudely said I couldn’t do this over the phone and it had to be an email, We asked to be transferred to someone else and he said yes with a big sigh and bad attitude and cut the phone off. Disgusting customer service. And all your staff sound like they need a days sleep!! All sound tired and moody on the phone
