Dec 14,2024I am leaving this review since I was wishing for assistance toward a bereavement in terms of funeral costs. I am more than able to afford repayments and I am not in a vulnerable state where I do not know what I am doing or would not be trying to retrieve assistance toward this cost. I was told the email sent to me telling me my loan had been approved was an error which completely sank my hopes down after I rang up to send my bank statements as their site weren't working. I waited all day sat there after being let down with a supposed email of acceptance sent in error to be told no. I find this absolutely disgusting what yourselves did yesterday. Can't even gain a response unless calling which I was more than willing to do since I needed assistance for a genuine matter and more than capable of repaying it as wasn't even a large amount. Then to be proceeded with emails this morning, SEVERAL might I add asking me to add bank statements when I already had and was treated like an absolute joke. Assuming this is to just rub salt in the wound further is it as I cannot see why you would send further emails to things the following day after I had already sent what was required.

Dec 11,2024Already had an experience with them and they have been very helpful. 3 stars goes to my 2nd application that has been submitted from Friday the 6th of Dec and even though i understand their lending policy and checks i do believe that it is taking too long to get an outcome. Till now Wednesday the 11th there is no response despite i have provided on time all the info requested. May be they are having high demand or just ignoring existing customers ___________ Latest update 12/12 @ 17:03 I have replied as requested still no answer! Have a nice sleep!! You also have a typo at your email address. ----------------- Latest update 13/12@ 19:29 I was called and we have clarified a few things. Very polite representative (team leader), apologised for the delay due to high demand and checking process. I had already got the funds I needed from competition so apology was appreciated and accepted.
