Dec 03,2024I was accepted for a loan with poor credit so they do look at more than just a credit score. The service team were also lovely and helpful. The only downfall is how long it took to get accepted. I applied very early hours Monday morning. Had an email around 9am on the Monday asking for more details and i provided those right away. I have just been approved Tuesday afternoon but have been advised the money can take up 24 hrs to reach me but i may receive today. Obviously i am very thankful to be accepted and understand checks need to be made. Just not the fastest turn around start to finish so maybe they can improve in this area.
