Nov 21,2023Customer service was top notch and communication with my contact Jerry Wilson was exceptional. He worked extremely hard to get our vehicle picked up and delivered on time. Driver Erik was thorough and efficient with good communication. Only reason I gave 4 stars was quote was much lower than what the actual cost ended up being. Felt a bit deceived by original online quote. Would have appreciated them being more transparent of what the cost range would be instead of lowball quote to get the business and then delivery ends up being $250 more than what I was quoted. Again… up front transparency would have been appreciated. Car was picked up and delivered on time. Overall it ended up being a good experience and very appreciative for the assistance Jerry provided.

He provided me several options and helpful suggestions in addition he comunicated often to make sure arrangements were being met by the driver. The car was picked up and dropped off on time and in good condition. Helpful tips to future customers, yes you need to speak with the employee helping you and discuss what your quote covers before giving a deposit. Shawn followed through and was transparent about the whole process when asked.

They take your deposit money and when asked to issue a refund, charge you again on reoccurring payment (all while flat out denying they have your credit card info) DONT USE; THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU WITHOUT A CAR SHIPPER
