Feb 08,2025Do not...DO NOT under any circumstances use this company, Fairway Logistics to ship your car anywhere!! I booked my car to be picked up for shipment, California to Virginia on February 1st the beginning of January. Throughout all of our communication, email, phone calls and text my date of Feb 1st was confirmed multiple times. I was flying oit on Feb 2nd.I paid my deposit and thought everything was good to go. The aftenoon of Jan 31st I was told they couldn't find a driver/truck to pick up my car!! After lots of arguing back and forth because I am extremely upset, they call me back saying they found a driver, but now it was going to now cost me $400 more than the quoted price!!! I am extremely upset again with not many other options at this point I begrudgingly agree so my car can be shipped tomorrow on the 1st. They did however take off $150 for the inconvenience. Now, the morning of the 1st I get a call that the drivers truck broke down. Magically, about 30 minutes later they were able to find a new driver in the area, which they told there were known the day before and that they found a driver 350 miles away! I believe this whole company is a scam. They get you in with a low bid/quote and at the last minute increase the price dramatically at the absolute last minute. STAY AWAY AND CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY!!! All these 4 and 5 star reviews have to be fake!!

Feb 04,2025I needed to ship a car across country from Florida to California. I had never shipped a car and didn't know what to expect. After talking with several companies over the phone I chose Fairways Logistics. Their representative, Mr. Abraham Cole, was very knowledgeable about their process and that helped me to know more about what to expect. He was very patient in answering all questions and that gave me assurance of his trustworthiness. Mr. Cole guided me through the contract process and chose an excellent carrier. The Carrier picked up and delivered the vehicle without incident, and were thorough in their inspections. They were also courteous and professional. There was constant communication between myself, Mr. Cole and the Carrier, pertaining to departures, arrivals, and progress reports. After delivery, I got a call from Mr. Cole to assess any final questions or issues and I received my closeout documents for the transaction. I recommend this group for any transport needs, and I would certainly use them again. Patrick

They sent me a clear well written contract with all the details in it including cost, shipping reliability, insurance, and estimated arrival date. We also communicated very well during the process. My vehicle arrived in the same condition when it left. I am happy with the service.
