Jan 21,2025I have to be honest.. I was worried about shipping my vehicle from Florida to NJ. I have had negative experiences in the past with other carriers who promised this, promise that and never come through..Shawn Davis on the other hand with Fairways Logistics did not disappoint. He was very easy to deal with and promised me there will be no issues and the quote he gave me was the quote that will be.. He assigned a driver who picked up my vehicle and shipped it to NJ with no issues.. They will definitely have my business again..

Jan 18,2025I wish I could submit something equivalent to less than 1 star. This business/shipping broker totally exemplifies a bad shipping broker. They have no regards for the client who wants to do the shipping of their cars. They have low-balled others in order to grab my business and signing with me for my down-payment. But they cannot fulfill the agreement because no driver would take on their contract. So I'm left in the dust desperate to locate an alternative to get my car shipped to the East Coast. These guys blamed the weather and the fact that they gave the estimate based on past shipment history. What a bunch of crock bs.

Jan 17,2025James Taylor gave me a nice low price of $250 not being used to transporting my car. I thought that was a fair price. He took my hundred dollars two months in advance. I had to keep calling him to find out where we stood on the day before pick up, he told me it would be $900. I’ve never seen such a business of bottom dwellers. I guess that’s how he makes a living scamming people out of money.

Jan 16,2025I used Fairway Logistics to arrange for my daughter’s SUV to be shipped to college. I was apprehensive as I’ve never used a firm to ship a car, but I didn’t have the time nor the will to make the multiple day trek. Fairway picked up my car on Monday evening at an agreed upon lot large enough for the trailer. It arrived at 7 PM the next evening with zero issues. The driver (Jeff) and scheduler (Ben) were communicative throughout the process and I recommend using them again.

His follow through was excellent and he kept me updated on the progress of my car haul from pickup to its final destination. I live in a retirement community where folks ship cars often and I will be referring them to Ben and his company.

Jan 03,2025An absolute nightmare. I needed to ship my car from Texas to Virginia, and I received quotes from about 12 different companies. I decided to book with Fairways Logistics because of the competitive price they offered and because of generally positive reviews. I booked the shipment three weeks in advance and paid a $150 non-refundable deposit. The day before the scheduled pickup, Fairways contacted me to tell me they could not find a driver to transport my vehicle. Finally they did find a driver who could pick it up a day after what was originally scheduled. When they sent me the updated invoice, the cost was $500 more than what the it signed agreement was. The vehicle was picked up and delivered to the destination, again a day late, and when I refused to pay $500 more than what my signed agreement stated, the driver and his manager became aggressive. The manager cursed me out over the phone and screamed for a good 15 minutes. Finally they had to leave my vehicle with me because I had a signed agreement and I paid what was agreed upon originally. I would absolutely discourage anyone from ever working with Fairways logistics. What a horrible situation.
