Feb 01,2023If I could give this company zero stars I would..I ordered 3 pj's and all 3 came shoved horrendously in a small package, material cheap and stuck together. I complained to the company after spending over $100 and company was like sorry here's $27 refund..I couldn't even wear the PJs I had to spend another $100 for quality pj's. I'm still fighting to get my refund. I told them I will send pj's. So disappointed. I just complained to the better business bureau and I filed a dispute with my bank!!! PLSE SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Just a quick update after months of me disputing these charges, the company finally sent my refund today 02/9/23. Unfortunately this is a lesson for me to do better research before buying from a small business online. I am grateful for my refund and for their response, however I will not do business online with this company again.

Jan 11,2023it turned out to be 5 stars. In the beginning, I wasn't so sure. I didn't hear anything about my order for a few days. I finally emailed Jenny and she told me my design was on backorder and wanted to know if I would consider and different color, which I did. I ended up not getting the original. So, it turned out ok. It just worries me on how long it would have taken if I hadn't emailed. My kids love those Garfield pj. I'm thinking I might need some too.

Jan 08,2023I ran into a few hiccups but customer service handled everything and made sure I received my order prior to Christmas. The PJs were comfy. Its worth noting that these run a bit large. Maybe it’s true to fit but other brands I have used over the years have run really small so I ordered accordingly. I would use them again but I would order earlier next time.

Jan 06,2023I was going to Disney in November for my 60 th birthday. I did not want to waste time looking for souvenirs so I started looking for something before I left. I got the idea to buy Mickie pjs so we could take a family photo. Then, we bought tickets for Polar Express. These “Mickie Believe” pjs were the perfect answer. The customer service was excellent. They came quickly and we all love them. Def wash on delicate and inside out and hang dry to last longer.

Jan 02,2023My original pajamas were not available. I found that out because I emailed to see what was taking so long to hear about when my order was shipped. I did get replacement pjs but I was a little disappointed in the picture on the top. For the price of the pjs, I expected more than an iron on. I thought it would be silk screened.

Jan 02,2023The product is really nice and comfy. The sizes we ordered fit us just fine. Overall I'm pleased😁. While waiting for delivery of this order I would have appreciated more communication initiated by the business letting me know statuses of this order.

Jan 01,2023I ordered pajamas for my whole family for Christmas in November. I checked shipping times and they should have arrived the week before Christmas. Of course, there was a delay. I checked it, found it very difficult to talk to someone but was able to email. I was told they wouldn’t arrive by Christmas but they would try. Some of my order arrived but some didn’t so I was not able to use for Christmas. The material was not a great quality. It felt very rough, not soft as described. Also, the pants did not match the description as they were a different color. One of my items were a totally different color than the rest. Just an overall not great experience. While the design was great in theory, I won’t be a return customer.

Dec 30,2022I only gave one star because I had to. This product is TERRIBLE along with the customer support. The order was placed in October and mid-November I reached out for a status. The company responded that there were delays and the product was being shipped from China. The product was not as described on the website - material is synthetic, and very thin and the shirt has an iron plastic decal. The product purchased was a Christmas present. When I reached out to the company the day after Christmas for a refund they refused as the request was made 32 days after the delivery date and they will not honor, even for Christmas. This company is very unprofessional and misleads customers with terrible product and customer service. This feels like a scam business, very disappointing

Dec 25,2022I only gave them 1 star because I had to. The pjs are itchy, the material is synthetic (not cotton like they said) and the design is a cheaply made vinyl image. They were a total disappointment.

Dec 21,2022I should have read the reviews!!!! Do not purchase from this site! unless you are ordering a year ahead its they promise 5-7 business days and it's almost a month and haven't received anything I want to think that is a legit business but I think is a scam or at least it feels like it

Dec 12,2022The designs are cute, and the material used is nice and comfortable. Unfortunately, the sizes given are far from accurate. The sizes I bought my children (4-5 Y for my almost 5 yr old and 6-7Y for my almost 7 yr old) were extremely baggy, and my son's pants just fell right off him. I am a plus size girl and purchased a Women 2XL, the pants fit fine, but the shirt hardly fit over my chest. The company does not do exchanges or returns for sizing problems, so I have PJs that none of us can wear, and out $140.90. If purchasing, double-check the sizes.

Dec 08,2022Website promised 5 days for production and if you spend over $95 you would get 3 day shipping. It has now been nearly 3 weeks, the items are being shipped from China so domestic shipping isn't even an actual option, and they are telling me that they should be picked up by DHL in the coming day(s). So since the shipping label was printed it might take 3 days alone then we still have to wait for delivery which coming from China will take weeks. Extremely disappointed and mislead by this company.
