Oct 14,2022Call center was friendly, but slightly pushy for a review. Prices as advertised failed to mention that flight may be oversold and may require paying a higher price for a guaranteed seat. Overall, still cheaper than other sites. Process wasn't super difficult to get things changed.

So I booked a flight with them at the discounted rate and it turns out that not only they didn't have that rate, they wanted more money for me to rebook at the upper class . When I said to cancel it, they wanted to charge me $180 cancellation fee, I think that is how they make money ! The offer discounted rates that they know won't work and then when you don't want to pay higher price they charge a cancellation fee !!! Guy was acting like he is doing me a favor ! I will report them to BBB, SCAMMERS ! and I had to block my card !!!!!
