As soon as we booked our flight, the dates and times of the flights change - to times we were not able to make due to our schedule. When we tried to change we were unable to get a different flight. We lost our money on this. We will never use this service again

Total scam! They sent me a fake ticket and I'm sitting here trying to get a hold of them. When I call I get some company selling grocery coupons! I'm at the airport and I don't even have a ticket. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Adding: United canceled the ticket as they said the agency was known for fraud. They also said the ticket number started which 108, which was actually for Iceland Air, when I called Iceland Air, the ticket didn't exist. When I called the support number in the email from Farecorner, 888-749-0002. it was answer by a call center in India, saying they sell grocery coupons. Once I was able to contact Farecorner using the number on the website I put both their support person and United on the same call. The person from Farecorner couldn't provide any real info on the ticket, and then muted their phone and walked away from the call. All the social links on their website are also fake and link back to themselves. Fishy. Also note, I was notified by Trustpilot that they have removed hundreds of fake reviews for this site. So ignore the positive reviews if you can find any, they are not real. Please, they are ruining people's holidays and messing with people's lives. I ended up having to pay 4x the ticket price to be able to go on my Thanksgiving vacation. (Over $2,000 for tickets) This company and the people involved in this scam are the worst sorts of trash. Reply to Farecorner: Your response makes no sense. I wouldn't need a refund if you had sold a real ticket. And of course you didn't actually refund the ticket as your phone people stated. Now in addition to hours on the phone with multiple airlines, and listening to all the lies on the phone from your company, I have to spend time disputing all your charges. Update: So United said the ticket I had started with 108, so it belonged to Iceland Air. I called Iceland Air, and their tickets start with 108-24, my ticket started with 108-78, which belongs to another company named Flightsbank LLC. The number Iceland Air had for Flightsbank was fake (855-636-0786). I called the number for Flightsbank.com (855-441-1305) off their website and I was greeted in Spanish by another company, so again, another scam site. This is a web of scams and fake LLCs. They also will charge your card with a company name of Icelanda (so it looks like Iceland Air but it isn't.) Would a reputable company have this web of LLCs and scam sites, short answer no. I've now had to cancel my credit card (painful) and put in disputes for multiple charges on my card which can take from 60 to 90 days. The fun continues.

Highly recommend, if you need good price for any air tickets this is the company to get it from. Paris was great. I bought 4 tickets from this company an the price was half of everyone else.
