Dec 06,2021This is one of the worst ticketing agencies ever. If you are planning to book using this agency better start saying goodbye to your money because, they will not give you flight tickets,only booking request confirmation. No one answers the calls or if there is one, they will assure you that the flight ticket will be available only to find out that there is none a day till your scheduled trip. They will deduct the amount from your account and you will spend your days thinking about how you've wasted money. NEVER USE THIS SITE.

They were able to help me find the best price for my upcoming flight and were able to help me with seating as well. Every time I called they answered very professional and were willing to help. Dec 05,2021I booked a flight for my daughter and grandson and the company told me to book a main cabin to be sure I got the flights I needed, so I did and paid more to do so. They absolutely guaranteed that I got the flight for them and that we would receive the e tickets within 24 to 48 hours. Well it never happened, I called over and over and a worker that finally answered my calls only to tell me that I would be contacted by his boss within a short time. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. I had to get tickets from another company and paid 1000,00 more than I should have because I was waiting for this company to get back to me. Awful! They never charged me thank goddess, but ultimately cost me a lot more because of their horrible service!

Nov 23,2021DO NOT USE FARECORNER! TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH COMPANY!!!!! REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, I WAS TOLD NUMEROUS TIMES I WOULD BE REFUNDED FOR BEING OVERCHARGED BUT IT NEVER HAPPENED. WOULD NOT TRUST THEM TO PURCHASE TICKETS.

Nov 19,2021This company offers great discounts. Their process is different and it takes a couple of days to receive the tickets but I was able to select times of travel and found it most convenient. When I had questions, I called and spoke to a great representative named Max who further explained and confirmed my ticket purchase. Overall, this company is a find.

Nov 06,2021The flights were very affordable due to the fact that it is such a late notice. At first I had trouble getting back my seats because I switched my flight and wanted to switch back and they were trying to charge me $60 a person to get my seats back. But thanks to Max Cooper, he helped me get back my seats with no charge and upgrade my flight tickets to the cabin seats with no charge.

Nov 02,2021I wrote a recent review that was poor for Farecorner, however, they have since gotten my tickets handled at a price cheaper than other travel websites. I gave them 3 stars because the response time has been stressful over the past week, and the website did not reflect accurate pricing or the pricing that appeared when my tickets were "pending" the day before, but I am glad I was able to get the flights I wanted for the Thanksgiving holiday at a good price.

Oct 29,2021Donāt booked with Farecorner they are fraud, the AA airlines call me to let me know that there was no existing flights and this buttholes charged my credit card $1,070.46 for booking my flights plus the supposedly the flights ticket in total of $3,391 dollars. I hope they enjoy the money they steal from innocent people that work their ass out to get this money. And stick that F#%& it where better serve them.

Oct 28,2021I too had a similar experience. I was worried that it was a scam site. They do answer every time I called and the price to go up from what the original quote was but it was still a way better deal then I saw out there. It does take a while to get the tickets issued but everything is on the up and up. But I would recommend them.The only reason I didnāt give them a full rating was the amount of anxiety I experienced for about 72 hours of being charged not getting an immediate email with the ticket information.

Oct 25,2021Like many of the other reviews I read about this booking site, I was worried at first that I was being scammed for a few reasons. One, after I gave my credit card info to purchase the tickets, I realized their website is not secure. Two, I received a booking in progress email but not the usual reservation confirmation email that comes immediately after booking through a third party website. Three, when I tried to call the customer service number the call kept failing. When I did finally reach someone, they told me I would need to pay an additional $75 per passenger. The main reason I kept the faith was because I kept checking my credit card account and no charges were yet made. Finally, after 6 days after making the original booking through farecorner.com, I received a reservation confirmation from the actual airline and it was at that time that the charges went through on my credit card. All in all, I'm glad I got tickets that were significantly less money than other booking sites were offering.

Oct 25,2021Stay away!!! Another Bait and Switch travel agency likely betting the fare will drop so they can profit from your ignorance. Kayak, Kiwi, even Expedia will get you a real ticket today. Booked a party for 2 to Puerto Vallarta, got no response and no tickets after 2 hours. Asked when I could expect a booking. Replied "It generally comes within 24 hours from the time of making the reservation." 26+ hours later, nothing. emailed again, got no response. Called over 50 hours after initial order, and got the "nothing available" even though the quoted fare was still on their site. Tried to upsell me to full fare higher than airline web site!!! Kept claiming I was on a waitlist. Airline web site showed tons of available seats on the specific flights. Guessing they were really waiting/hoping the price would drop below there quoted price so they could bank the difference.
