She also had the professionalism to guide me through the approval and authorization process. She was very patient with my lack of knowledge and extremely informative about what was needed to be done in order to complete the process. The agent Paris Jackson did an amazing job in helping me with this reservation. And because of her kindness, professionalism,patience and attention with this reservation, I will be using this company again with my future travel needs as well as recommending it to others. Oct 17,2022This site advertise over twenty plus tickets at a particular time. each tome i booked regardless of the time they called to say its booked but pay 200 more to get another one...then why advertise that you have them available.....

Oct 17,2022I called to book a flight, & had s coupon code. The price of the flight was approximately $560.00. The agent then told me that the coupon was expired. I told her that I just brought the website up & the coupon came up. She then said, well, there are no economy seats available, so now my price is $720.00. I just feel like I was douped into buying the more expensive ticket. Not the best experience. I don’t think I will use this site again

I was trying to book economy but she explained to me that was overbooked and checked main cabin and got me a seat there and went ahead with the booking after I accepted everything.
