Sep 28,2022I was charged 300 dollars for an upgrade to main cabin with seat selection for my husband and myself. I was told Delta required this as they were overbooked on original fare. Not true. Had to cancel flight. Fare corner refuses to reimburse us. Delta did not receive funds or agree to work with them.

Sep 24,2022I scheduled a flight for me and my husband with a coupon code: "coupon12345", that would have made it $403.88 each, but the code didn't work, so I called Farecorner and he said it would come off at checkout, but it didn't so the amount came out to $878, $429 each instead. A guy called and said that they were out of seats for the section and said he had to put me in a different section and it would be another $276 and so my $878 flights were $1154 instead. They shouldn't have them on their site if they are not available or they should honor the price and give a free upgrade. I think that was totally dishonest. Let me know if you can fix this? The charges on my credit card for Delta came out to $878 and then Farecorner charged another $300. He acted like he was helping us out but we were in the same main Cabin as we were when we booked, there was not upgrade at all. This was a scam just so they could make more money.
