Abby Williams was great - I recommend calling to ensure that the tickets you were looking at are still available. That was something I noticed from the other reviews. Though the economy amount listed on the site was not available, the main cabin was a substantial discount from the main Delta page. I received confirmation directly from Delta of my tickets, and everything looked accurate. They also followed up with a phone call to ensure that everything looked accurate and confirm that I received the note from Delta.

First the price of the ticket was $444, and so I submitted to pay for the tickets. Then they came back and stated, “Gee I am sorry and even though we have that price posted, it is no longer available but hey we have a deal for you. We will give you an upgrade to comfort for $588. I was very disappointed but I purchased the tickets. My tickets are not comfort but economy!

Spoke to Abby, Wayne and then Wilson. They were all wonderful. However, immediately after booking online I received a phone call stating the price was going up by $157 per person. I was OK with that. What I was not OK with was getting an email the next day stating that the price had gone up again. It leaves you feeling very uncomfortable. I’ve been calling the toll-free number for a couple of hours today and couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. I finally decided to respond to one of the emails requesting for a supervisor to call me immediately. I was glad to see a response stating that someone will call me within the hour. I set a timer and no one called me so I called them and was immediately forwarded to Wilson who confirmed that my credit card had not been charged and was nice enough to put it in writing in an email with a cancellation code. I also confirmed with my credit card company, prior to the call, that there were no pending charges. I feel much better now but doubt that I will want to ever experience something like this again. Buyer be very aware.

Bought airline tickets then was contacted by them the next day saying the economy class I purchased was sold out. Offered to charge me an additional $150 per ticket for better tickets. Told them I'd rather just have a refund. They wouldn't quickly accept that answer and elevated me to a "floor supervisor" who finally agreed to refund me.
