Jan 17,2020Nelson helped me with boarding problem. Only thing I didnt like was the price went up as soon as I booked it onine. Thought that was odd. My eticket wasnt emailed to me til past 24 hours as well. Otherwise, the Nelson person helped me fix the boarding issue. Hopefully there wont be issues at the airport.

Jan 13,2020Do Not trust this company (they actually offered me $25 to write a good review after I called them out on scamming people:/) the people working are rude and have 0 respect for their customers talking over me and not letting me even explain what I was upset about and hanging up on me when they realized they were being caught in scamming ! They drop plane ticket prices so it looks like the best deal ... you get excited and buy ticket ... but then they call you raising the price over 100$ after you have already put your payment and info in ... I tried it 2 times thinking the first was a mistake and they will not return your money after 24 hours even if your paying more then what was agreed ... Don’t trust the prices and expect to pay $100 more then what you have bargained for... very sad they are doing this ... I fly A Lot so they are loosing a good customer and I will do my best to warn people of this scam company.

Jan 12,2020The fare is reasonable compare with others, but when you need to call for service it's a long long wait (around 20 min. to half an hour). I will definitely come back to Faremart.com whenever I need to buy airlines tickets or hotels. Thanks Ron
