These people are scammers, please don't fall for it, They never send you the e-ticket and they want to charge more of what they're offering at their website. Their Customer support probably is based in INDIA or somewhere else. If you don't want to have an anger situation don't even think of buying through this site. big SCAMMers I cancelled my credit card just for this reason.
Don't trust this site. Purchased a flight on Nov. 26. Miami to Moscow. Scheduled to leave on dec. 26. Got a call to pay more for that flight. Arrived in Miami check in and my flight was the next day. All emails and correspondence was for 26. Not 27. Their response... Can you come back.. What.. my now 400$ flight turned into 900$. How can you trust that kind of service. Then they wanted not to refund only I could guess when I would travel again same route.. I have been buying online tickets since 2010. Usually the cost is a set amount. This company is probably commission based in third world area. They are using a bait and switch method. You order as usual ,pay, then get a call with offer. If you want that particular flight.. sign this authorization form for 20$ more and it's booked. Well do they care if it's" THE NEXT DAY".. No refunds. Bull. They would look stupid and loose commission s. Have we sunk to the bottom yet. What happened to.. SORRY. We will refund your flight ticket amount by in full. OUR MISTAKE. No .. now the calls start and we want to negotiate. Dah.. I'm roaming.. "Can't get in touch with you".. Duh... I gave you my email, card #, age, address. This company is B/S.. Sham & Skam. "Unfairnart". Use another company...
I have to say I am most impressed with Faremart as a booking consolidation agent with facilitating my R/T flights on Southwest Airlines Lv LIT on 1/13/20 Arr LGA 1/13/20 and Returning on 1/17/20 LGA to LIT. I want to at this time express my gratitude to Reservation Agent Webster as a most patient, friendly, professional and helpful not to mention courteous representative in explaining everything in specificity and understandable manner to me. He also was instrumental in rectifying a very disconcerting situation that I had to unnecessarily endure by the Verification Dept by a representative who flatly stated that my card did not go through which is totally incorrect and inaccurate. It upset me greatly and I give kudos to Webster and his supervisor for mitigating this error. Thank you Mr. Webster for a job well done!

The attention was remarkable, although I had to pay more than I supposed to paid at the website, because whatever reason, so, it wasn't cool.
UPD: I tried calling the number from the reply, got an automated message that the number wasn’t set to receive calls. Only more reasons to be suspicious about this company. Save yourself some time and take your business elsewhere. I tried to book a flight from US to Paraguay with them. Everything seemed normal, until it wasn't. I received a call in the middle of the night from a Faremart manager who said they needed a scan of my passport and a picture of my credit card (FYI: My bank is not in the US, it is a large and well-respected international bank, never had any security issues). It was a little alarming, but I'd seen similar security measures before, just not in the US. I ended up sending both. The same person followed up in the morning with another call asking for the photo of the back of my card this time. At this point I was fairly certain it was a scam, so I edited out my CVC, but the signature and other details were still visible. The third call followed shortly after, the person on the other end was so very angry he started yelling at me in a foreign language, I lol'd and hang up. Unsurprisingly, I received the Card Verification Failure. Never buy anything from them.
I booked a low fare flight with them through Skyscanner and 1 hour later they called be saying the fare had gone up and I had to pay the higher price. I fell for it and agreed to pay the higher fair. A few hours later they sent me an email that my credit card company had denied the charge and to contact them. They tried to play the same trick on me a third time...I contacted my credit card company who denied any charge being billed. I have a text alert that comes in whenever anything is charged to my credit card, and no alert was sent to me either. Do not use them at all! Use a reputable agency such as Expedia or Kayak. Two days later I received a call from a supervisor concerned the the bad review I placed. I told him I would not be changing it and stood by what I wrote. I told him to check similar reviews such as mine. They responded a day later saying they were not able to contact me and could not respond to my review....
Rufus was very helpful with my ticket purchase. Seat selection was also done at the time of confirmation. Just be aware that prices may change at the time of confirmation, it is not a significant amount but it will or could vary.
Faremart.com is a scam. Booked the flight twice and it got cancelled twice and they were claiming I was committing a fraud. This is ridiculously. The rep probably got mad because I said its fine that the flight got cancelled and I will re-book through another agency. Probably upset because I did not fall for their scam.
Nashton very professional and understanding with my problems, of not being able to get my spirit email account working. He booked the flights for me. Made me relaxed and relieved from the stress of what to do.

They keep offering fares that the can't book. Three attempts with them and each time they'd call back after an hour or so insisting I book a different flight. It's a cheap upselling practice and you may lose a fare by letting them waste your time.
