Aug 28,2019Roger with Faremart was great. Very disappointed with Allegiant Air. Always able to book on line. This year had to go thru Faremart rate went from $130 to $196. They said Allegiant web page could not update the rate increase. Seriously????

She was pleasant and efficient and really knew what she was doing. This was one of the best encounter I've had with an airline representative. I hope you realize what an asset she is!

Aug 27,2019Darius was the person who helped me when I needed to cancel my flight from DCA to TPA today. He explained that because it was at such a low roundtrip fare flying on American Airlines it could not be refunded. However it could be changed to another date, and the changed ticket would be around half the price instead of the whole price. So he worked to get me the same itinerary for a september itinerary. Non Stop from DCA to TPA and same return TPA to DCA non stop. He would say I am going to work on ....and may I call you back at this number? I replied "Oh yes please!" and he did several times so I wouldn't be hanging on the phone. Very considerate. He also sensed that I was stressed and said something like, "why don't you go and get a glass of water while I do the work for your new itinerary" I did and he said "okay I will be calling you back on this number, (my land-line) "so if you don't mind using your cell phone for a short period of time I should have have everything sorted out." AND HE DID!!!! I was calmer his last call and everything was perfect!! He is a keeper, he is an outstanding person, who is happy in his work. He enjoyed sorting out my problem quickly, and asked if there was anything else he could help me with, and I replied, "Is it possible to have your phone number so I don't have to wait so long to get someone to answer, and he said "sure" and gave me 844 307-7306 and explained that his colleague, Sabrina, shared the same line and could help me as well, if he was on another call. I have to think that his supervisor is doing a good job in that the work atmosphere which in turn is why Darius loves his job, and he by nature likes to sort things out for people and get them what they want quickly. Oh, I have to mention that his voice on the phone is also a plus as he has a very nice voice that is easily understood, and comes acrosss as the Happy person he is.

Your representative who assisted us was patience, delegated, dedicated, concerned and caring as he exhausted every resource to ensure we got the "right" ticket so that stress that is usually accompanied with trave was minimized. Aug 01,2019Robbie was incredibly helpful to me. I needed to change a flight on Delta by one day. Originally, I thought it would cost $350, but he worked every angle and was able to lower my cost to just $84 more. The next day, I recommended him to a friend whose husband had become ill quite suddenly. She needed to change travel arrangements on multiple trips. He worked with her for over two hours and was able to save her a huge amount of money and travel points. She said she would have never been able to do it on her own.
