FareOGlobe is aware that finding and booking hotels online is never an easy task. Further, choosing the right deal and the maximum discount.
I found a great price on their website for a trip from Detroit to Milan, Italy flying United Airlines. When I called to confirm the booking, I was informed that those discounted tickets were only available on other airlines, not United, and if I wanted them (traveling in a group of 5), the cost would be an additional $1000.00. To be fair, the cost I paid is not excessive. It’s the deception that’s bothers me. If their website says tickets are available at a certain price, they should honor that price. Never again will I use Fareoglobe
what a scam this is actual flight they sent was different airlines and 3 and 4 hour differences in arrival times from what I signed up for, but for an additional 400 bucks I could get the original flight i requested. What a joke this is not a good way to do business
On 11/12/2024 I was looking for a flight for 2 to Tampa FL leaving out on 11/15/2024 and returning on 11/17/2024. This was my husband auntie 90th birthday party and he really wanted to attend since this was his last auntie. I looked on Fareoglobe and found flight that I wanted leaving o American Airline and paid for it on my credit card. Next day I heard from customer service agent Pink. Although flight was available when I paid for it she stated that the flight was not available but had a flight with Southwest that was about $20 more but same date and the time I need. I said that would be ok. I never received my ticket voucher and emailed her several times to inform her that my husband was nervous because we have not received our tickets yet. I called and emailed for the next few days because I was afraid this was a scam. Pink assured me that all is taken care of and don't worry. Pink finally sent me our ticket vouchers the Thursday night before we were to leave that Friday morning. On the way to airport a customer rep called me to let me know she was sending me out another boarding pass. When we got to the airport and I went to the Southwest counter to check in our bags, the clerk said I see your tickets, but they have not been paid for. I said Yes Ma'am they have been paid for, the clerk stated that the company has not paid for them. I then contacted Fareoglobe to inform her of the problem we are having with the tickets and the same customer service lady said let me check and I'll call you right back. About 10 minutes she did call back to say we sorry and we will refund you your money back. I told her we needing a ticket since I been going with this situation all week and Pink promise me that everything was good and don't worry. I said we would go ahead and buy ticket since we due to be in Tampa today and their company can reimburse us since this was their error and not ours. If they would have told us days before we could have got a cheaper flight. We had to pay $757.98 to fly to Tampa and $298.00 to fly back and the round-trip flight was only should have been $296.61. Sooooo disappointed that I have not been reimbursed and no letter have been sent to me.

On Feb 11th, 2022, I completed a purchase for two round-trip tickets from ORD to MUC. I called what I believed to be the Lufthansa customer service line. Somehow I ended up getting connected to a travel agent called Fare-O-Globe. I believe they were pretending to be official Lufthansa employees and they were not up-front that I was dealing with a travel agent. I normally book my own tickets online, but I was also trying to reserve space so that I could fly with my two dogs. This is why I needed to talk to a person to book my tickets I paid $857.37 per round-trip ticket and a $1,072.74 Agent Fee. At the time the agent told me that this fee was due to the fees related to traveling with the dogs. I found out much later that travel agents are not allowed to take payments for transporting animals. Due to some last minute circumstances we were forced to change our date of departure. On May 11th, 2022, I paid to change my tickets. I was charged a $1,668.38 agent fee. I was told that my ticket change was confirmed. But it wasn’t. On May 21st, 2022, I called Lufthansa to confirm the tickets and the animal transport, and I was told that the tickets were not issued and that the animal cargo space was not reserved. This was only 5 days before our planned departure. So I panicked and booked two new round-trip tickets at the available rate. And I paid extra for the ability to cancel the tickets. These tickets were meant to be a backup just in case the travel agent tickets didn’t go through. That’s why I paid extra for the ability to cancel them. I paid $4132.97 per ticket. At this point I’d like to point out that I have paid $12,721.80 for two round-trip economy tickets. This does not include the fees to transport my two dogs. When I talked with the Lufthansa customer service representative (Lucy from Cape Town), she said that my tickets under the confirmation number XXXXX were not confirmed. On the same date (possibly shortly after our call) I got an email from Lufthansa saying that the tickets were issued. On May 24th I received this email stating that my original tickets were cancelled without my approval. I was not made aware that creating the new reservation would cancel my original one. It’s worth mentioning that my initial contact was Austin.
Through out my call Ben engaged with me by reassuring he is here and to take my time locating the information he was needing to complete the process. He provided me options and made this whole process more personal. Its been a while since I started back traveling so it took away the anxiety.

I was skeptical at first because I never heard of fareoglobe. After my flight today, I received everything promised to me. I was even able to reach Sean today before my flight to address a few concerns before getting to the airport. He was patient the entire process. I highly recommend. 4 out of 5 stars to fareoglobe because the email quality and format can be better.
Our Customer Service Agent was amazing!!! I believe his name was Jeff. He did a great job finding other options for us. Very happy and grateful!
