Apr 14,2021I was impresed with Harris. He was very courteous, helpful, and efficient. It was my first time to order an online ticket with Delta. He guided me through he process, making sure I got my TSA number included, as well as wheelchair express request. He also edited the ticket to show that it is refundable, since I paid extra for that feature. He slso offered to make the seat assignment. All details were covered in a very calm, professional manner. Harris is the best!
