This service and website is a scam. Was redirected to the site by a frogelant number on the Jetblue app. Charged my wife $60.00 for adjustments to the seating assignments all for it not to have been completed. Total scam. I don't believe the positive posts. Total call in center.

I agree with every one star review I have read. I had booked my flights through KLM and I was in a little bit of a rush to change my first flight since I got sick farely close to the departure. I googled something along the lines of "KLM phone number" and this company popped up. Not thinking anything about it I called them. The guy that picked up had an Indian accent but said he is calling from the States. The call took very long and he asked for very basic information that I thought a person working for KLM would already have, since I have uploaded all of it on the KLM app. 30 minutes prior to this phone call, I checked the KLM official website and the cost of flights were around 400 €. Then I made the call and the guy on the phone said that the prices shot up a moment ago and now the lowest price would be 500€. I felt upset about this but felt like there's nothing I can do, so I need to pay. I gave him my card info and I got the confirmation email. I spelled him my name many times but he kept misspelling it on the email and he had to send it to me three times. Then I noticed the shocking price. He had charged me 900 € instead the 500 € we talked about. I told him I wouldn't be able to do that but he said there is nothing he could do at this point, so he would give me a voucher worth of 500€ to make that up to me. Except for it wasn't really a voucher, he just told me that the next time I'd travel with KLM, I should call him directly and no one else so I would book my flights though him and he would give me a lower price. I thought this was also bizarre, why not just give me a voucher code? After the call I instantly felt weird and suspicious of that interaction so I went back on the KLM site and the same exact flight he was selling me, cost only 240€. I immediately logged into my bank account, transferred my money onto another account and closed my card. Luckily he didn't get the money but he did call me back soon asking why my card was declined. I told him that I got the same flight for way cheaper and I closed my card because I didn't trust the service he gave me. He got very mad and basically yelled that my computer has bugs and that I was wrong and now I have only paid extra, he doesn't have time for this and why the voucher he gave me wasn't enough, etc. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!!!
Nick was amazing, he was so sweet, calm, cool and collected. Even when I was being mean to him because I was frustrated with the situation he was very sweet and did everything he could to help me. If I could I would give him 10 stars. He deserves a raise. Please give him one
