Nov 28,2024They put me into the situation where I had to lose my tickets full price or shorten my vacation. The customer service told me f That for my ticket price I can not have even a mall bag a nd have to pay extra 750 dollars to have . Nowhere could I have known that during buying air fare from this company. The ticket is not refundable either as a results I had to pay extra 150.00 and change the date to 28 of November. Be aware of this company. There is no fine print or warning about the restriction. But actually they give you no choice :pay more or lose you ticket. I was stunned when I realized what happening.

Nov 27,2024Fareporto is a terrible experience. They sold me “tickets” that were not tickets. I was told by a representative that this was a promotional price and would be notified within 5 hours if I had tickets or not. I was never contacted. I had to call them to confirm and was told I had only one ticket and one was standby only. Refused to give me a refund or cancel and forced me to change my flight to much more expensive tickets. All this happened without notification. I found out by calling to confirm tickets.

Nov 27,2024This was a scam from the moment that I booked the ticket as soon as I booked the ticket I got a confirmation stating that I would be getting a confirmation from the airlines within the next 24 hours and also stated that if I didn't get the confirmation email I was to call the company Fair photo to proceed when I call them up stating that I had not received the email they told me that my fair was a basic Fair which you did not even include the packages or to this I was very surprised because when I had booked the tickets it clearly said that I had one personal item and one carry-on luggage in both United airlines and Air Canada which I booked these people but only said that if I wanted to book the flight I had to pay another $160 on top of the $260 that had already paid and wanted the extra demanded the extra money actually to make the booking when I said no I want my refund back they said there is no refund but I'm calling you within then the 24 hours of allotted. But they were like nope we cannot offer any refunds don't start I had to cancel my credit card I had to block them so that no charges would be deducted for this on for the scam which they are happening with you doing it I sincerely request the business board to block this website and mark them as scammers as this is a fraudulent business of a classic bait and switch appreciate any businesses not to deal with them or individuals not to deal with them
