Nov 26,2024This is the worst experience I had booking a ticket. Felt tricked throughout the process. The ticket that started with ~$1900 on the website, ended up with more than $3600, going through a price increase in a 10 mins period. The only reason I completed this booking is because I had no other choice but to lose my $1900.

Nov 25,2024Will never book a flight through this third party again. Once I provided my money is when I found out I was not allowed a bag without upgrading the package by another $200. It’s state free changes. I needed to change my dates and they were trying to charge me another $250 and there are no refunds. The day before my flight, I got a call that my flight was canceled. They were asking me If I had given my confirmation number to anybody. Once I called the airline directly, they confirm that I did have a flight and was able to send me my boarding pass. It has not been a good experience booking a flight through this company. Never again.
