Nov 20,2024DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I paid for the flight on their website. I was then contacted by the company immediately! I was told there was a problem with my Booking. I called and was told that I had paid for a special emergency travel promotion even though my flight was months away and this flight may not be available on the date I needed. There is nothing stated on the website or the booking reference confirmation that this is a promotional deal and that it does not include luggage. Once on the phone you are TOLD these things by their booking agent. Then the low price "Promotion" only includes the flight, and you will not received confirmation on the flight except on the day of the flight. If you want carry on luggage you are told you will have to pay 3x the original price. If you decline and say you want to continue with the original fare adn will not take luggage, they then tell you that it is a standby reservation only and you may not have a flight for the day you need it at all. They cannot get your travel dates correct and when you ask to speak with a manager you are told the Managers do not speak to anyone. YOU ARE SCAMMED!!! DON"T DO IT!!!!
