It was a simple unattended cremation and although I was familiar and relaxed about the whole process the staff were careful to talk to me cautiously and considerately and keep us fully informed. It was all arranged by telephone and email when I collected the ashes from the local crematorium the lady there was also unhurried, understanding and very professional.

It was checked very quickly within a few hours, and a couple of things needed a small change. I would certainly recommend the service for those who wish to make a straightforward Will.
