Mar 29,2025Genuinely a great company for direct cremations. I was worried and searching amongst a bunch of options when my mum died a few weeks ago. I’m glad I trusted Fairwill. It was straight forward and quick. They let me know everything happening every step of the way and it took alot of pressure off me having to chase. I had previous bad experience with funeral director so just wanted her to be looked after and cremated without any room for error. Staff respond to calls and emails fast and have a kind way of speaking about your loved one. They called and let me know when they had my mum and when they transported her etc. I was kept in the loop. They let me know the cremation date, location and I was able to get the ashes 2 days after. All in all it was 2 weeks from first call to me having the ashes. They explain it all and sound genuinely compassionate not like some of the others I had enquired about.

Much better than when I went to see a solicitor who told me to come back with my husband to make mirror wills when I knew that that wasn't suitable for what I wanted to do.
