Their input template provides prompts to include those assets that should form part of the estate to be divided among beneficiaries, including details of how such assets might be located and accessed by those who will execute the will. It also provides prompts to include particular monetary or special object bequests to particular individuals or charities. The output template is laid out in a logical format and with textual clarity. The provisional wording is then submitted for individual review by a member of the legal team to check for legality and lack of ambiguity. Once completed, the will is available as a PDF file that is suitable for printing and signing. Instructions are provided on how to choose and use witnesses to the signature. The process provides a sense of reassurance to those without complex financial affairs who wish to organise their own will that their drafting has been guided and then checked by someone with suitable legal qualification and knowledge.
