Nov 19,2015We have used Fast Sale Today on a couple of occasions now to dispose of a couple of properties fast. On both occasions we have dealt with Tom Davies who was professional, helpful and always prompt with replies to queries etc. The whole process is fairly simple with Tom and the team guidance and if you accept their principles of ding business and if you need to sell your property fast even though you accept that this will be at a discount then we would highly recommend Fast Sale Today and particularly Tom Davies as your coordinator.

Although I didn't get as much as I would have liked their service was brilliant and I would recommend them to anyone. c

Nov 09,2015I recently decided to move home, and after researching property purchase companies, I chose Fast Sale Today, and what a wise decision it proved to be. From first contact I was treated courteously throughout the process, every step being explained fully. Great emphasis was placed on the fact that if the final offer was not acceptable to me I was under no obligation to continue. Particular praise for Tom, who went the extra mile on my behalf, even though through personal circumstances, I was not able too complete the process. I would unreservedly recommend this 5* company.

Nov 06,2015Fast Sale helped sell my flat very quickly, even with my tenant still in situ.They provided a very good solicitor too and kept me up to date with the process. I thought selling my flat would be straight forward but it was complicated by Leasehold technicalities, but Fast Sale took that all on board and the sale went through smoothly and in a quarter of the time (6 weeks) it normally takes. If you need a quick, no hassle sale this is the company. Highly recommend them. Thank You

Oct 02,2015I was unsure at first but once I spoke to the staff, I felt very confident. If you need a quick sale, then this is definitely the avenue to take. You wont get near the asking price of your property but, its worth it in the end. You don't have to put up with a "cattle-market" of people walking through your house, hoping for a buyer. The sale from start to finish was over within a month. Very professional, courteous, helpful and persistent in a good way. Really helped me out with my situation Thanks peeps

Sep 29,2015The process was really fast and very straightforward. Once I'd agreed a price, I didn't really have to lift a finger. Everything was done efficiently and by lovely people. The price you get won't be anything near market value but if you need to move in a hurry, these guys are great.

Aug 24,2015We were at first a little sceptical about using a company that buys and sells property in this way, being used to more traditional methods. However, once we grew accustomed to their methods we were extremely pleased with the service they provided, especially as they had to deal with a belligerant and apathetic solicitors practice as part of the purchase. We would commend them for their persistence and their customer service in regularly keeping us informed on the progress they were making with the solicitors. Many thanks to the team.

Jul 09,2015All my problems were taken care of, honest fast service, although I received less than the worth of my house, I was given the option many times not to proceed, I needed to sell fast and not worry about all the hassle, this service was provided. Never felt pressured if I was in the same situation again I would use this Company, I tried two other companies but felt cheated by their methods, false promises, where as these guys were straight up. thanks
