Oct 29,2014Sarah looked after me and my dad, and throughout the sale kept us informed daily on the progress. she was professional, polite and was very understanding of a move out date as I waited for my new home to be available. The team worked to give my dad his equity as fast as possible, all though he had to take a lower price he could of been waiting months to sell n I couldn't of moved and had a new start in my new home.

Sep 05,2014Andre and Sarah were very professional in helping this transaction proceed fairly smoothly,and always dealt with any doubts/queries i had. The only downside i had was in respect to the valuation and equity i realised.And also the retention figure was'nt discussed at the beginning of the sale of my property. But generally pleased with the outcome.And i can now see something of the world. Cheers guys Mike

We can now realize our dream of moving to our beloved Dorset instead of continually showing viewers around our bungalow, to no avail. Aug 12,2014Fast Sale today provided a good service throughout the purchase of our house...From our initial enquiry to completion it was a smooth path...The team at fast sale answered any questions or queries we had promptly...The process was completed quickly and effectively with some minor niggles...Downsides would be as an elderly couple the forms that were sent through from lawyers were daunting and required assistance to complete from family members...Additional costs for attested ID copies...The reduction of proposed values was a bit off putting close to completion…Figures had been discussed and were reduced on two occasions…These figures were based on independent valuations from companies provided by Fast Sale Today…These valuations were somewhat lower than what the same independent company valued the same property at 3 months beforehand…At closing stages a £1000.00 payment was inserted from the buyer to ensure the property was left in a clear and clean condition…This £1000.00 clause was never mentioned beforehand…All in All the Fast Sale Today process was efficient and took the stress away from selling our home on the open market.

Aug 10,2014I would HIGHLY recommend this team to complete on purchasing your property if you were to decide this to be the way forward for you and your circumstances/situation. I spoke with a number of 'consultants' from varying companies before finally speaking with Andre. He was the ONLY person I'd spoken to about this who was able to confidently explain the process and be able to immediately answer every question i asked. I wanted to sell a property with sitting tenants after failed attempts to sell previously. Constant communication from Andre and Sarah every step of the way. Efficient and friendly while maintaining professionalism throughout the entire process. No chopping and changing of information or misleading statements leading to complication. Very straight forward and quick completion. Thanks guys...you made this reasonably stressful process far easier than I'm sure it would have been with anyone else :-)

Jul 24,2014On the whole a good experience. Andre and Sarah were fantastic but through things out with their control did not get as much as we hoped for property considering the valuation. It also took longer to process than expected.

Jun 19,2014I was in a tight spot due to the length of the lease...I couldn't remortgage because it was too short and it costed a bomb to extend the lease. I also had sitting tenants who were not paying any rent...this left me paying two mortgages and had a real negative effect on my life goals and experience. Fast Sale came along and removed this negative burden from my life. Great customer Service with constant communication ... they are what they say they are - Fast! and efficent & friendly! Thank you very much!

Jun 13,2014Fast Sale Today did as they said they would. We struggled to sell on the open market for well over 12 months. With our impatience growing by the minute, we decided to sell to a quick sale firm, even though we knew it would be for a trade price. We received our offer and agreed between us that it would work. The guys at Fast Sale we so friendly and helpful. We exchanged in 3 weeks but we stayed in the property for a further 10 days while we planned our move down south. So pleased we made this decision!

I was told what to expect and when coupled with the many phone calls received as soon as anything had to be signed and returned. It was a pleasure working with the team and if we ever had to sell quickly again, I would definitely use the service!

Jun 09,2014I inherited my late parents property which had an equity release loan on it. interest was accruing daily along with other rates and taxes on the property. Living 3 hours away, I could not have found a better option than selling to Fast Sale Today. They were quick, the sale completed in 19 days and saved me thousands compared to leaving it on the market with agents while the costs continued to climb. Great alternative option for sellers to consider.

Jun 05,2014My house was valued by local agents for 90,000. When it came to selling I was told I would get less but never thought it would be so much less. The total I received was 85% of the value. I had to sell quick so quite upset about that but I did get what I was told.

Jun 04,2014We struggled to sell our former home with estate agents which I put down to the sitting tenant. After speaking to this fast sale firm, they said it could be done. We were doubtful due to past experiences but let them have a go. We made sure nothing was signed in case it tied us in. After about a month, the sale completed!! Glad we chose them in the end, was a great outcome for us.
