We approached the company to buy our home, and we can honestly say the whole experience was straight forward, quick, friendly and made simple. The whole process took only 2 weeks, and after a few calls, emails and papers to sign it was all done. If you are thinking about selling your home quickly, I would recommend using this company. The staff have been a pleasure to work with.

My Brother in Law is Disabled and so we needed a quick sale for him to move into a more suitable property ..... Well that's what we got !!! .. A quick sale ..... And super "customer service" ! We were kept informed from Day One ! ... Everything was simple and straight forward and nothing was to much trouble !! Kathryn was Brilliant !!! We spoke most days and always so friendly and helpful and Emily at the solicitors was brilliant too! All in all a Brilliant Professional Service carried out by a team of professional helpful but most of all friendly staff ! I would recommend "Fast Sale" 100% to anyone who needs a quick sale .... 25 days from initial call to completion .... Exactly what we needed ! and it was provided by a company with a proper view on the old fashioned value of "Customer Service" that in my mind goes a long way to choosing a company to work with.

house sale went through with no hassle and was very quick.tom and sarah who were dealing with me were very polite and courteous at all times.when i rang with a query they were only to happy to help,and would always ring me back if were unavailable,the only downside was the 1000 pound retension fee that i was not aware of until the completion.but on the whole a very pleasant experience

The process is easy fast and the staff are friendly and helpful. I wouldn't say it's been a completely stress free but at least it was quick which is what I needed. So if you need to move quickly i would recommend this service.

If you want to get things done, use these guys. No messing about, just business. I would like to make particular reference to Sarah. She is amazing, always available, friendly and professional, and I think deserves a promotion, because she might get home then before 9pm !!! Emily at Marsdens is also a pleasure, very helpful, poliete.

I would recommend fast-sale today to anyone who wants a quick property sale. The transaction was quick, efficient, and I was kept in the picture as events moved on. A very professional team, always available to answer any queries, helpful and pleasant.
