Jan 15,2020I was originally quoted a price of about $1800 because I had a Raid-0 twin drive, but I worked with them and had the data recovery done for about half that. I was worried because of the reviews, but all of my data except my Microsoft Outlook files and Microsoft OneNote files were recovered. I really hated losing my email contacts especially. However, I was certainly glad to get all of my documents, photos, etc.

Fields had great communication throughout the process, and although there was quite a bit of damage to the disk, they eventually recovered all our data. Very satisfied, strongly recommended!

Jan 09,2020I sent in a hard drive that crashed almost two years prior to see if they could recover the data. The responded with a prognosis in a timely manner thinking they would be able to recover the data and I hired them. I paid extra for a level of expedited service and became anxious after I had not heard from them for several weeks after paying the $1k+ bill - but eventually they sent a hard drive with all the files as far as I can recall. After reading some negative reviews, I was worried it was a scam, but I ended up feeling pretty happy with the service.

Fields-Data-Recovery.com accomplished complete recovery of all data and provided back to me on a new equivalent drive to that on which the data was lost. They were quick, organized, and thorough. I also appreciated they kept me informed the over the entire process. Finally, as with all such data recovery services, however, successful recovery is not inexpensive.

Jan 03,2020We are thankful for Fields Data Recovery. Our experience with them was top notch. Our external hard drive was dropped and damaged. We first brought it to a local computer repair business and they were unsuccessful at recovering the data (YEARS OF MEMORIES and records). We contacted Fields Data Recovery and they went right to work. Our customer service rep was thoughtful and helpful by keeping us updated throughout the entire process. After a few days, we received all of our data on a new external hard drive. It was a good and successful experience. Was it expensive? Yep...but the memories that we could have potentially lost were more important than money.
