Mar 13,2020I was very pleased with the customers service which was excellent in every way. Most importantly, I was pleased that they were able to recover my data and return it to me in promptly (about 10 days). My only complaint is that the price went from the $250-500 estimate range before sending the drive to $750. In all fairness, I was warned ahead of time that it was not an actual estimated, but most jobs were in that price range. Ultimately, I was happy with the price I received.

Mar 12,2020Thought the pictures on my phone were a loss after my phone crashed. I had thousands of pictures, years of photos. Thank you very much for not just giving me back my recent vacation mememories but years of watching my granddaughter grow up. I now back up my photos. It took a little time and the price was probably based on the amount of data they were trying to recover but it was all worth every dime!

Mar 11,2020Fields Data Recovery was friendly and efficient and, most importantly, successfully recovered all my data, despite my laptop hard drive being harder to recover than we initially thought it would be. The price seemed very high, but they called me throughout the process to explain what was happening and what they had to do which I appreciate. Also, to be fair, the price may have been cheaper compared to many alternative businesses, I just don't know.

Mar 04,2020Excellent experience with fields data recovery. My 2 TB external hard drive failed and it had been passed 30 days since i backed up my data. So Carbonite deleted my files. I contacted fields data recovery, sent my hard drive over night. They were able to repair and recover all of my data. I had recently gone paperless and I had lots of precious photos of family members that were no longer here, lots of digital scrapbooking kits from companies that were no longer in business, copies of tax returns and other important documents. The recovery price was more than expected and after a day to think about it. I wanted proof that all the data was there. The rep was very patient and even sent me a web link that allowed me to view each folder name and each file in it. After confirming all the data was there, they send me a brand new hard drive. They even let me change the address of the delivery because I wanted it sent to a secured location and not sitting in my mailbox when i was at work. I am very happy with my decision and would refer them to others.

I was concerned because those files were very important and I thought I had lost them. I appreciate their work, also supplying me with a USB Drive with my recovered information and they covered the round-trip shipping costs, which others do not. It's a bit pricey, but in the market price range. Thank you.

Feb 25,2020My 2TB hard drive had cratered and I had not adequately backed up my data. Needless to say, I was devastated. I contacted Fields Data Recovery and after visiting with them I felt assured that they could recover all of my data. I overnighted my hard drive, they assessed it, made necessary fixes to the hard drive and were able to recover all of my data indicating that every file and folder would look exactly as I remembered it. Mar 17,2020A little expensive, but they were also the fastest and were able to recover all of the data needed.I kind of feel they increased the price once they found out how much I wanted the files back.All in all, it was a necessary expense which recouped my files.
