May 21,2023This is the worst company if you need to get in touch with a human! They only sign you up in auto pay then you can’t access your account to track what you owe or pay the loan off Walt. Do not wast your time and energy on an application!! It’s impossible to access a viable website to review your account and loan online. They make it as hard as possible for you to pay your loan off early so they can generate fees and interest!

May 14,2023I have a home equity line with Figure. It was an easy application process and came through in an emergency situation. Very happy with the loan itself. The biggest drawback is the lack of a mobile app to manage your line of credit. It's quite archaic that in 2023, such a fast and modern approval methodology would be undermined by the 1990's version of accessing your account information. Their website FAQ still mentions that they have a mobile app, but customer support confirmed that this no longer exists. Sadly, that means the only way to manage your account is to connect through the website and an email based code every time. No connection over to Mint or other money management solutions. Minus 2 stars for the lack of modern interfaces and integrations to manage finances effectively and efficiently.

May 14,2023Everything went pretty smoothly. Had a little trouble linking my bank initially, but I don't think that was Figure's fault and it ended up working itself out. Once the application was done, I was able to speak with a notary immediately to get everything signed. After that, the funds hit my bank account in about 4 business days. All in all, the whole process to getting funded took just under a week. The communication from Figure was great. I was getting updates regularly through email so I always knew what was going on. So far my experience has been a good one.

May 09,2023To be honest I had my questions about the company as a whole (credibility, tenure..) simply because it seemed like too good to be true but after doing the research I found some great testimonials and some not so great reviews however I decided to continue the with the process of applying and sharing my personal info and then had some questions about the disclosure that took a couple of extra days to get answerers for but the folks I talked to on the phone were great and followed up which encouraged me to go through with the e-notary and the rest of the process was too good to be true but it was! It took about a week from start to finish (when I got my funding) and was seamless for the most part without too many documents needed, so I would thank you and great job!!

May 03,2023Super fast process. I needed a HELOC for home improvement and extra-cash for an investment. The online process worked very well. I didn't encounter any bugs. We had an appraisal in 48 hrs, agreed upon the terms electronically, a field notary met me while I was traveling out of state. The paperwork was uploaded, and I received a deposit within 2-3 days. Overall only took 8-9 days from start to finish. I would highly recommend. The automatic payments setup was nice as well. I don't even have to think about it.

Apr 28,2023This company is a joke. If I could give 0 stars I would. We got qualified to finance through them. My husband and I have perfect credit. We were using this money to put down on a business that we were buying. We gave them the details of when we would need the money and they said it was totally fine. Weeks go by and we have to keep reaching out to them to see what is taking so long to get the money. We then finally get a call back saying that they have ran out of money and we wouldn't be able to have the money until September or October. Mind you this was last year around June. What a joke. How do you have no money when you are approving people for money? Don't waste your time with them. Go with someone else!

May 21,2023My experience with Figure was much faster than I expected. I applied on a weekend but the whole process only took 7 actual (not business) days. Figure did ask for a copy of my deed, and be prepared to prove who you are and what/where you own. which only seems safe and fair. I feel that some negative experiences can happen when someone says 3-5 days, they are setting unrealistic expectations. I have decent credit (714), low debt to income ratio and was able to provide everything Figure needed. With that said- they ARE LEGIT, and the process is light speed fast compared to most other funding sources. Thanks Figure.
