Within 24 hours (almost to the minute), - Applied (took 5 minutes) Approved within seconds for up to $90k HELOC with 4 different term options to choose from Signed documents with e-notary Expecting funds within 5 business day Only improvement I would suggest to the site is offering it in multiple languages. :)

Easy way to increase the payment on a per-month basis. Which is something my new personal loan provider does not allow. I had full control over my loan. Really top-notch. Nov 19,2022Super easy and fast process. Customer Service answered my questions thoroughly. Notary was fast and friendly. Would highly recommend. Applied on a Monday, received a noticed Friday night funds are being transferred to my bank which could take up to 3 days- speed is dependent on my bank.

No chasing docs for weeks, or annoying loan officers. I literally started the process 6 days ago and the loan funded today. HIGHLY RECOMEND!!!

Nov 16,20222nd home equity loan was smooth and painless except for one major issue. Rate was fair, not great, expensive origination fee too. But, after the 3 day rescission period was over, the company told me I was required to have flood insurance on my home. Thankfully I had it, but if I didn't have it, it would have been a big problem as they have already funded the loan and had been paid the origination fee. This should have been verified prior to closing/funding to avoid this issue.

When I receive my funds and go through the payment process, I'll add to my very good experience.

Nov 04,2022SCAMMERS. Do yourself a solid and don’t use this banking card. They refused to let me get my money off that just got deposited leaving me and my family broke. I don’t owe them any money whatsoever either. This company has multiple bad reviews on other sites I found out after the fact. SCAMMERS. Update: I was lied to after this I was told that I would recieve a tracking number and that my check would be ups to me. I called today to find out they haven’t even sent my check yet and now it’s after 6pm and still nothing. Which leads me to believe I’m being jerked around so I still stand by my original post.

Nov 03,2022Update: Just after writing this review I received notification that my funds posted. I increased my stars and would have given a 5 star review had they communicated they were a few days behind in posting funds. Other than trying to get an answer this was one of the easiest processes. I do see from reading other reviews that Figure is trying to make their system better. The process for our HELOC from application, approval and notary signing was excellent. It is after this that things don't appear transparent from Figure. The funding time is not as promised, I am okay and understanding of delays if I knew I was still getting funds. It has been five days since my right to cancel period and no word on why my loan hasn't funded or why it has been delayed. The dashboard showed my loan funded and gave a balance due of my draw after fees. All of the sudden my dashboard says 0.00 amount due and the loan has funded. I have called, live chat and emailed their HELOC loan email and can't get an answer except I got a replica of the Congratulations your loan has funded and I will receive funds in 2-3 days only this email now says 3-14 days. I can work with the delays if I knew my loan was still funded and their was just a delay but I can not get confirmation and like others I have lined things up based on their time frame quote. 3-14 day funded is still fairly quick to standard just wish their was transparent information in the delay that would ease the unsettling of not knowing if there is something wrong. It also ties me up from moving forward with someone else. Do I want to start this process again if I know their is a funding delay not an issue with the approval. I will update this review accordingly to receiving my funds or not.

Dec 21,2022I was ask to show proof of account ownership because I was using a different account to make my on time payment to Figure. I won't do that. I have more than one account in which to make my payments. I feel companies have to much information on consumers to keep safe
