Feb 26,2025Bit of an update on my previus review we are now almost 3 weeks after my order and still havent had my plates - no responce to 14 telephone calls, 5 emails & 6 whatsapp messages, im not even convinced this is a genuine site and im worried they have 2 forms of my ID & Log book docs - Ended up having to place a dispute with my bank to get my money back & if they do turn up I wont be paying for them ! awful compnay i dont think ive ever had a worst experience id stay well clear if your looking for plates id look elsewhere

Feb 12,2025Husband ordered a shadow plate which did arrive, finally. I ordered another for our daughter as the plates were great, however nearly two weeks have passed and no closer to receiving them. Messaged via WhatsApp and online chat but no response. Taken my money and now just being ignored!

Feb 10,2025Ordered couple of weeks ago and was ment to get them on the 05/02/25 I've tried to message and ring seller no answer, they arrived 2 weeks later and the plates was very good it's just the communication plus delivery time is so bad!!

Jan 09,2025Ordered set of plates on 23rd December. Had tracking number sent on 27th stating waiting for item. Now 9th of Jan and no movement. I have tried messaging through their site twice. Multiple WhatsApp messages and even filed a case through PayPal, and not even a reply even though someone has read the WhatsApp messages.

Also the sticky strips that are needed to hold the plate in place that we paid extra for, weren't in the packaging, and when asked about them, the customer service couldn't care less, and stopped replying after I had asked for a refund! Will not recommend

Nov 06,2024I never go out of my way to write a review but I have also never been so disappointed with a business service before and I wish I had seen these reviews before placing an order with these guys, so I thought if I could atleast save someone else the hassle I will put in this review. if I could give 0 stars I would, their social media draws you in with their shiny plates but the truth is they delete any truthful comments that are posted, their website states they dispatch same or next day so you think you will get them quickly but this is NOT the case at all. It has been almost 3 weeks since I have placed my order and to this date I have still not received my order. I do not know how this business is still trading. I have chased through a number of emails, phone calls, WhatsApp and you just get ignored. Finally get a response saying they will be dispatched immediately and over a week has passed since and nothing, again ignored from any communication. Customer service is non existent, and currently as I have not received what I paid for or any updates as requested multiple times, I can only say this is a scam and you should stay completely clear of this business. If you decide ignore the above and decide to purchase from this place my only advice would be to make sure you do it on a credit card so that you atleast have some protection with a chargeback when they inevitably also mess you over. If anything comes to fruition I will provide an update.

Nov 03,2024Plates do look good but once they came! Took over 2 weeks from order-date to come so if you don’t mind waiting a few weeks then use them So in the end I ordered some more from a different company Tried to ring and email no response Poor customer support Won’t be an returning customer!
