Oct 27,2024This is the second time I have used Fireplates as the 1st time was amazing service. Unfortunately this time was absolutely shocking. Waited a month for the plates. Zero replies to communication. I would definitely not be using for a 3rd time. Which is a shame.

Oct 19,2024If you could give them 0 stars I would, do not go near this company. Paid for express delivery it’s been over 2 weeks and plates still not arrive! Phoned & emailed numerous time, phone number just goes to voicemail and absolutely no communication at all from fire plates. Absolute con, waste of time and money, will definitely not use them again and will certainly not be recommending them to anyone.

Sep 24,2024Very poor service, quick to take payment out of the bank but give a delivery date which is nothing but guess work. Ordered plates as change over to my private plate. Plates didn’t turn up for over a week. Tried contacting through email, WhatsApp and phone calls but no answer. No tracking details. Had to buy plates from else where in the end as needed to put them on the car. Tried commenting on tiktok but the comment kept getting deleted. Eventually plates turned up but too late as they weren’t needed. Poor service. Waste of money

They’re clearly not setup to be a functioning reliable company so go elsewhere because I expect as many others do, a company that can deliver on time and reply to customers when they’re in need of assistance. No harm fella but you’re useless

Aug 12,2024Ordered a set of Shadow plates after seeing some on a car locally. Website states orders will usually take 3 days. Ordered and received an order confirmation email, 5 days went by, no updates, tried to call several times which just rang off to answer phone, answerphone message appears to be a strange noise like somebody noisily chewing, left messages, also sent an email both with no response. The plates just randomly turned up after almost 2 weeks. They are great and i'm happy with them, but the company seriously needs to improve communication with their customers, looking through the reviews it seems i'm not the only person with this opinion.

Jul 24,2024Took ages to post. Had to contact PayPal and they refused me a refund because he finally decided to provide a tracking number. A refund was all I wanted and I was refused. Avoid at all costs 👍🏻👍🏻

Have tried on numerous occasions and mediums to contact Fireplates… WhatsApp, Mobile number, Email and Tim Tok and not had any decency to respond or attempt to reply. Absolute scam artists is the only option to think now. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED PEOPLE…

Jul 07,2024honestly the worst service never picks up phone or email plates came 10 days after expected date they have an email linked on their website which isn’t even a real email it’s a scam website . they don’t respond on social media’s or their number or whatsapp

Jul 06,2024Ordered 22nd June to replace a broken plate so need them in a timely manner, with delivery aimed for 25-27 June. Still not got any plates as of 6th July so have now purchased elsewhere. I have contacted the company multiple times and had zero communication. Now asked for a refund, no reply. They will be reported to relevant authorities but I have resigned to have lost my money to what appears to be a scam.

Jun 21,2024Order process was easy on the website and there was a discount code for an extra 10% off the price. I got the Shadow plate set which look really nice. I was able to ask questions on TikTok live before putting in the order. Delivery took a bit of time but it was worth the wait.
