Contacted them through various channels after not getting a reply as the website wouldn’t let me upload proof documents (contacted them on the website, email, tiktok, WhatsApp etc). Been ignored till this day, even though I can see them online WhatsApp. Deleted one of my comments when discussing with another user on FirePlates TikTik about the purchase and how I hadn’t heard back. If they are able to communicate back and I receive the goods that I paid for, then I’ll happily edit this review in fairness. M UPDATE: Order had arrived since, although it wasn’t the road legal plates and I didn’t get a reply about how to send documents through to be road legal, they did arrive so as promised I said it would amend the review and star rating. I would buy from again. Thank you

Apr 08,2024So far, absolutely disgusted with the service. Was communicating through tiktok and I ordered through their website. I have sent a number of emails and tiktok messages asking where my plate is and I have been ignored! AVOID

May 20,2024Order number:1317 I placed order on 06 May and received on 18 may. Never received phone call or email. I send so many emails never reply back. I received order and back yellow plate it’s little colour faded I try to contact them never reply back. One of the worst service I ever received
