Nov 05,2020I found my experience with first vet very helpful, the vet I spoke with was nice, explained everything clearly & gave us great advice, as well as emailing information over to myself which helped my dog get the best treatment. We were given reassurance which was lovely and as my dog isn’t so great with being in unfamiliar places it was less stress for both of us.

Nov 05,2020I wouldn't usually write reviews but the really helpful consultation with the vet actually was incredibly helpful. We followed their advice and within a couple of days the puppy's tummy issues had got much better! We had this free with our pet insurance, but I think at £24 for a normal appointment that would also be pretty good value.

Nov 05,2020I wanted an appointment to discuss the pros and cons of castrating my dogs and felt that the vet was extremely understanding and up to date with the latest information / advice in that area. It was a difficult decision for us to make and I felt the vet gave us the key information (including potential risks) to support us in coming to the right one. Would highly recommend the service.

Nov 05,2020Second time I have used FirstVet, same as last time, not disappointed. Was easy to book as they had loads of available appointments. Vet spoken to was really nice, informative and listened really thoroughly. Sadly, my camera froze so she couldn’t see the dog but that was a technical error my side, not theirs. All in all, it’s a great service and gives you reassurance and great advice. On this occasion, we ended up going to the vets but it was great to have advice first.

Vet was very friendly and knowledgable and put our minds at ease - clear and helpful and advise and instructions on what to do if symptoms do not improve and all confirmed via email. Very impressed and happy.
