Oct 31,2020SO impressed with this service!! We were worried our dog had inhaled a seed or foreign body (he's always sniffing where he shouldn't) as he was backward sneezing and snorting a LOT! We were considering taking him to our vets but remembered this service. The vet we saw (I think Dr Alan Sweeney?) was AMAZING! - SUCH a lovely guy and really put our minds at rest with, infact, our dog having a cold/virus. He was so much better in a few days, as the vet predicted and saved us, probably £50+ for an unnecessary appointment. Thank-you so much,

Oct 30,2020My dog was sick and not eating , I booked a consultation with First Vet and was highly impressed with their service. I had a video call with a Dr (Vetinary) and she could not have been more helpful and concerned for my dogs welfare . After a video inspection with me handling Alfie and her watching , she gave sound advice and instructions on what to do and what to watch for , highly recommended, First class service , and free with my pet insurance !

Oct 30,2020Absolutely fab service! I can’t rate it highly enough. We had an issue with our cat and weren’t sure whether it warranted a trip to the vet, and this was a perfect solution. The vet took a good look at her through the app, as well as examining photos we had taken ahead of the appointment. We were seen within half an hour, and our mind was put at rest during the call. The follow up summary and additional advice sent after the call was really helpful too. This service is included with some vet insurances so check your policy. It was a fab add on and worth every penny - this one call saved us the price of an emergency trip to our vet! 5 stars - I hope they keep it up and that the service stays consistent.

Oct 30,2020Osaava, lämminhenkinen eläinlääkäri, joka onneksi myös ihan suoraan sanoi että kannattaa varata eläinlääkäri heti, eikä odotella viikonlopun yli, vaikka kyse ei siis mistään vakavasta tilanteesta koiran kanssa kotona. Mutta arvostan, että suositellaan suoraan eläinlääkäriä, ettei tarvitse olla epätietoisuudessa viikonlopun yli.
