Oct 29,2020The vets are all very knowledgeable and really seem to care about our pets. It has been such a useful thing to have when it's late at night and your local vet is closed. It's great to have that reassurance there is an expert on hand if you have a problem.

Oct 29,2020Our Dog was sick the whole day and we couldn’t reach our vet so we made an appointment with FirstVet. We keyed in all the relevant information and uploaded some pics. The appointment was 30 Minutes later. Alan from FirstVet called even a few minutes before time as he considered the consultation needed longer than the allocated 10 Minutes. His diagnosis matched the one from our vet we visited after the chat with the FirstVet vet according to his recommendation. Our dog got medication and he’s fine now. FirstVet is our first choice for advice. We used it 3 times and will use it again as it is free for us, free access comes with our insurance. We can recommend them warmly.

Oct 29,2020Jeg er kjempefornøyd med min konsultasjon det var lettvint både og vise hunden via mobilen og prate med veterinæren Det eneste jeg savner , kunne vært kjekt er at en ikke kan få resept hos dere. Det kunne jo sendes til mobil, men skjønner det er vanskelig med dette regelverket som er idag kommer garantert til å bruke dere igjen. mvh monica sollund skjærvik

The vet I spoke to was kind, informative, and knowledgable. So reassuring to know that I have access to this facility 24/7. Gave great out of hours advice. Perfect!

Oct 30,2020Absolutely fantastic. Appointment started on time, our vet introduced herself (Dr Jill M), was polite, considerate and very knowledgeable about our breed. As soon as we joined the call, Jill was able to articulate the issue and remedy, with several alternatives in case it didn’t work. The app worked flawlessly. Would really recommend.
