Nov 01,2020Erittäin ystävällinen ja sydämellinen palvelu. Kaikki toimi todella hyvin. Saimme ajan nopeasti. Eläinlääkäri oli niin aidon kiinnostunut koirani voinnista, että soitti minulle vielä myöhemmin uudelleen. Jouduimme menemään päivystykseen hakemaan kipulääkkeitä, ja koira sai samalla antibiootit. Mysteeriksi jäänyt turvotus ja kipu koiran kuonossa parani lääkkeillä lähes välittömästi. Mutta First Vetin palvelu antoi paljon tukea tilanteessa, jossa olisin muuten ollut aika yksin. En olisi voinut toivoa enempää. Kiitos!

Oct 31,2020Super tjeneste, gikk veldig fort fra jeg booka time til jeg snakka med en veterinær. Enkel tjeneste å bruke, dyktig veterinær som etter å ha sett på hunden og stilt sine spørsmål, forklarte på forståelig vis hva som var problemet og hva jeg burde gjøre. Fikk tilsendt en grundig journal rett etterpå, som jeg kunne gi videre til min egen veterinær, så jeg var sikker på att ingen informasjon gikk tapt. Genialt!!

She was easy to talk to ,extremely reassuring and after looking at our dog and asking us to go through certain checks was able to give us sound guidance. We were even encouraged to do a follow up the following day. I would recommend this service to anyone i know with a pet.

Nov 01,2020Fabulous service, particularly helpful to have a real person to talk to when you are worried about your dog, the consultation (over video) was just as a face to face one although you are the vet’s hands
