Oct 26,2020My dog was bitten by a dog yesterday on his chin and lip and after cleaning it we didn’t feel he needed to see the vet but after googling (as you do) it said any puncture wound needed to be looked at by a vet so I decided to use my first vet video option, my mind was put at rest and I know I was already doing the right thing and what to look out for if it changes. Brilliant service!

Oct 27,2020The vet that call was punctual, and took me through everything step by step. Explaining from how to work the camera, and then exactly what to do to see the dog and asses him. She was patient and calm discussing all possibilities and also listening to what I said as an owner! Absolutely amazing vet and credit to the service!
