Oct 26,2020Had a sick puppy that had vomited a number of times within 30mins. Made an e-appointment and had a video consultation within 40mins. We were able to show the Puppy to the vet via the video call and he gave us helpful advice on what the issue was and what to do. Very reassuring and put out minds at ease.

Our dog was suddenly stricken with a severe stomach upset but as it's a Sunday & we're shielding, a vet visit would have been impossible. Our video consultation, within 15 minutes, was friendly and professional with advice given in a clear helpful manner followed by emailed notes to remind us of what was said.
