Design okay, flag arrived, not the colour ordered, was promised a select of printed swatch so I could agree the colour black, still waiting for this information to arrive, flag was sent back, emailed company still waiting for a reply

Brilliant, the process was easy to produce a custom flag, all the imaging was provided on a proof so I could see what it would look like, delivery was very quick. Flag what a very high standard, high quality materials and exceptional print.

Order placed on-line. Requested courier delivery to ensure rapid delivery. Not next day, hence 4 stars, but delivery 5 days after order which achieved the objective. Product of expected standard.
