Sep 01,2018Had to wait 7 days for order to be shipped as 1 of the flags had to be ordered; yet this wasn’t advised prior to my payment in full including post/package at £6+ I would have ordered something different or not the 1 flag not in stock had I known, as I wanted the faster dispatch as I needed part of the order quicker than the 9 days it took to get to me.

Jul 09,2018I would have like to have seen some fabric samples (I only had an emailed sheet) the colours received were very different to what I thought I was going to get! I was asked to change the cream to white as cream wasn't in stock. Timescales were tight so I accepted this. The final result, however looks lovely!

Jul 07,2018I ordered a Union flag and was sent a St Georges in error. I rang and asked for the one I'd ordered to be sent and asked for a discount for the inconvenience. It was sent post free but as a customer over the last 10 years (I've purchased 2 flag poles and around 30 flags) I was disappointed with the service

Sep 02,2018I recently order Bunting for our villages annual Gala Day and they were received very promptly. When received, and our Community Council saw how nice and bright they were they asked if more could be purchased to allow us to put up throughout our village. I telephoned the company who were very helpful, we received additional order within two days? Our village looked lovely with the Bunting. Thanks again.n
