Dec 04,2021I have had a flag pole a while, but dedcided it needed to be taller, so I bought an extension piece and some Jubilee bunting and flag, as well as "A Least We Forget" flag, all arrived very quickly well packaged and in great condition, for the price the quality is 1st class. I will use again and again in future.

Feb 17,2021The order process was smooth, but the delivery only contained the mounting brackets and not the flag pole. I contacted customer services who were very proactive. The flag pole was tracked down and delivered two days later. During the installation I struggled to get the flag pole straight. Further investigation revealed that the mountain brackets were slightly different sizes and different colours. It’s a shame, as they were well constructed. Had to manipulate the parts slightly to make them it). Check the component parts very carefully before installation (a quick visual check is not sufficient).
