Oct 07,2015Recieved a 'mail shot' and we responded to the offer, buy a flagpole and a flag and get a free flag made to your own design. The email service was excellent and even though, as a school, we were not able to commit due to the summer hols the staff kept our offer and once agreed the purchase was completed and the design sent and the flag pole and flags were with us within 14 days! The replication of our flag design is suburb! We will order more from them. Thank you.

Sep 19,2015The service was excellent- all goods required were available and costs were reasonable The price of a 5x3 flag was very good with super quality However!!!!! Carriage costs were not appropriate to the order - £ 4.75 was excessive for the items sent wer in an envelope (paper) which was torn and the goods were surprisingly still intact! The reason was that the address was not visible through the envelope window !! P&p should have been no more than £2= not good!

Nov 07,2015My husband has bought a range of flags from flags and flagpoles. Sadly and suddenly he passed away in September 2015. We took his then Union Jack down to half mast. We then took it down prior to his cremation and it went with him on his journey. I phoned the company and they were extremely helpful in replacing his last order. It was a beautiful quality Union Jack and Paul would be proud and pleased that it has been replaced. Thank you for making this hard request such an easy experience and next day delivery.
