Wanted some Union Jack bunting to decorate garden for a Last Night at the Proms BBQ. Only realised on Thursday we leant out our bunting but didn't get it back. As the p&p was only 1p I rang to ask if I could pay extra for 1st class only to be told it would be sent 1st class with no extra charge. 9am next morning my bunting arrived very pleased with quality and size of it really brightened the garden up. Thank you

ordered a flag which was simple & easy to do. It arrived within a couple of days & the quality is better than I expected for the price I paid. The staff were very responsive & helpful when answering my questions. I would definitely recommend flagsandflagpoles.

Hi, I do not normally complete these survey forms but I just felt that I had to as I was so impressed with the speed and efficiency of the service. I ordered the ceremonial flagpoles and was very happy to receive them within a few days! I also received an invoice clearly detailing what I had bought and costs with paid on it. I will be ordering the flag bases shortly and I anticipate the service will be just as speedy. Very impressive service!
