The communication was frequent which kept us up to date and relieved a lot of stress (I've heard from a lot of friends that they felt left in the dark when buying a house). Naturally we ran into a few troubles with the house itself and had to renegotiate the price, which our agent Astasia gave excellent advice and organised everything very quickly to resolve the situation. Overall we couldn't be more happy with the service and we would happily recommend their service to anyone!
