All my emails and enquiries were dealt with in an expeditiously manner. Any conveyance enquiries raised i would be informed about and the beauty of contacting someone within seconds of dialling the number was fabulous. I will definitely recommend and use again. I wanted to do the research as most of the recommendations are commission based and not based on how good they actually are. I also wanted to avoid call centre type conveyencers which are so slow once they have your money. I can only say the small team of Edward & Laura were excellent. Plus you get a No Sale No fee contract. Highly recommend!

So much of the process is completed using technology, so we were able to instruct them whilst not living locally. Everything was completed in a very timely manner, ahead of the timescale and they were responsive to the other party's enquiries. Overall, I cannot fault Flecther Longstaff in their speed and efficiency. Previous transactions with solicitors have been an effort and sometimes quite stressful, but this company are a breath of fresh air in their field. Thank you to the entire team.

Oct 15,2019I've always been sceptical of online conveyancing firms in the past and have preferred to put my trust in traditional solicitors, but after a recent series of bad experiences with solicitors I decided to try a different approach. I chose Fletcher Longstaff based on the high standard of their customer feedback, and I must say I've been very pleased with the experience from start to finish. Being able to do pretty much everything online saved a lot of time. My conveyancer Charlotte was professional, pleasant to deal with and responded quickly to any queries that I had, as were Francesca and Hannah who were also involved in my case. I will definitely be using Fletcher Longstaff for any future conveyancing requirements, and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

The fact that we had 2 matters being dealt with by her at the same time I thought would make things more complicated but it couldn't have been clearer. Given that we actually only ever spoke on the phone once (that was on exchange of contracts day!) I am extremely pleased with the service we got. Would totally recommend them and will be using them in the future!

If I rang and she wasn’t available, it wouldn’t take long for a callback. The app they use is also really good.
